Advanced Manufacturing Floor
Our 10,000 square foot manufacturing facility houses the latest in precision machining technology. With a clean, organized shop floor, we maintain optimal workflow efficiency and quality control at every stage of production. Our shop is climate-controlled to ensure maximum precision during manufacturing processes, with particular attention to temperature stability for critical tolerance work.
The production floor is organized into specialized work cells, each dedicated to specific machining processes. This layout optimizes material flow and ensures each component moves efficiently from one operation to the next.
CNC Turning Department
Our turning department features high-precision CNC lathes capable of producing complex cylindrical parts with exceptional accuracy. These machines can handle a wide range of materials and part sizes, with automated tool changers for continuous operation.
We utilize advanced CAM software to program complex turning operations, including multi-axis machining for parts that require intricate features on multiple faces.
CNC Milling Center
Our milling department is equipped with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines that can produce complex geometries with tight tolerances. These machines are ideal for creating intricate features, contours, and precision-engineered surfaces on a variety of materials.
The 5-axis capabilities allow us to machine complex parts in a single setup, reducing handling time and improving accuracy by eliminating repositioning errors.
Quality Control Department
Our quality control lab is equipped with precision measurement tools including CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, and digital inspection equipment. Every part is thoroughly inspected to ensure it meets or exceeds the required specifications.
We maintain detailed quality records for all production runs, providing complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Our quality assurance procedures comply with industry standards.
Surface Finishing & Assembly
Our finishing department offers various surface treatments including anodizing, powder coating, painting, and polishing. We also provide complete assembly services, from simple sub-assemblies to complex mechanisms.
Each finishing process is carefully controlled to ensure consistent results. Our team has extensive experience in selecting and applying the optimal finishing method for each application, whether it's for aesthetic appeal, corrosion resistance, or functional performance.
